Whether you're staying in Halls over the break or are jetting off, there is support available for you no matter where you are.
Hall Reception Services
Staying in Halls? Rest assured that Hall Reception services will continue to be open 24 hours a day over the holidays and New Year meaning there will always be a member of staff on hand during the break.
There will also be a Residential Adviser (RA) on hand each night throughout the festive period. If you need any help or advice, please contact them on the RA Duty Phone. Click here for RA contact details.
During the winter break, campus is naturally quieter as many students and staff return home or travel. Your personal security is very important so during this time, you're reminded to:
- Be vigilant who enters the building, do not allow people to tailgate you
- Ensure your doors close properly (block, corridor and bedroom)
- Take extra security precautions
