How are you spending the break?

With the break here, it's time to think about how you'll be spending those lecture-free weeks! 

While the break is the perfect time for catching up on assignments and prepare for May exams, it's equally as important to get some rest and take time to tick off some things from your Liverpool bucket list!

Make sure you start the new term feeling refreshed and ready. Here's just a few ways you can try something new, meet new people, get involved and make the most of your break:

Staying on campus over the break? We've got you covered with an evening of food, drinks and mingling! Head over to Vine Mezz at 6pm on Wednesday 1st April.

🏳️‍⚧️ Celebrate Trans Identity at the Museum of Liverpool 

31st March marks International Transgender day of Visibility and the Museum of Liverpool is hosting a free two-day event filled with workshops, performances and panel talks to bring together the local trans+ community!

Wander around the market stalls from local trans+ creatives or drop into a live performance 28-29th March. The event is totally free and not ticketed so you can drop by anytime. Find out more here.

🧽 Give your room a spring clean 

It's time to wipe away the dust bunnies! Having a clean and tidy room will help improve sleep quality and concentration, ready for April room inspections and May exams. Here's a step by step on how to give your room some TLC this Spring!

Settle in for a relaxed afternoon of crafting, hama beads and board games at the Guild this spring break. Head to the library room at 3pm on Tuesday 31st March - find out more!

🎥 Free movie night & exhibitions at the Victoria Gallery & Museum

Have you been inside the famous red brick building yet? Take this as your sign to visit this Spring Break! 

The VGM team host regular free events such as Create & Relate craft nights, relaxed music concerts and free movie screenings! Coming up next is a screening of Joy on 11th April - book your spot here!

Not to mention the many exhibitions currently on e.g. Toxteth: The Harlem of Europe and Play of Light - go check out what's on.

☕ Find a new coffee spot on campus

Grab a coffee, matcha or afternoon pick-me-up in our campus cafés and outlets! Head to Bertie & Bella's for a cosy afternoon of revision in our comfy sofas or indulge in a cake and hot drink at the Waterhouse Cafe in the red brick building. Don't forget to download the Loyalty Plus app and earn points while you spend.
