Work out from the comfort of your bedroom ๐Ÿ’ฆ

Our exercise experts at Sport Liverpool have come up with bespoke workouts fit for a Halls bedroom. Both suitable for small spaces and neighbour-friendly, give these workouts a go next time you're looking for a beginner friendly session.

Plus, you don't need to leave your own bedroom! 

Before you get going, here's a few tips: 

๐Ÿšฎ Make sure your room is clear and tidy so you don't trip or fall

๐Ÿ’ง Have a bottle of water handy so you can hydrate after your workout 

๐Ÿ‘Ÿ Wear comfortable clothing and appropriate footwear 

๐Ÿ•– Always take a break if needed, do it at your own pace

๐ŸŽต Get your workout playlist ready! Use earphones so you don't disturb others

Warm Up ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Never skip the warm up as it'll get your muscles ready for a workout and prevent injury! You'll thank us later...

Upper Body ๐Ÿ’ฆ

Feel the burn with this upper body workout! Try doing 2 rounds (40 seconds exercise with 20 seconds rest). Be sure to take it at your own pace and take a rest wherever you need to.

Lower Body ๐Ÿ”ฅ

No equipment needed for this one either. Be sure to have done the warm up before you get going! Need some workout music to get you ready? Here's one you can try ๐ŸŽต

Time to cool down ๐Ÿ’ฆ

Never skip the cool down! You don't want to feel sore and achy tomorrow. Finish off with some static stretching and be sure to keep drinking plenty of water for the rest of the day. Not sure how to cool down? Here's some stretches you can try.

Work out with others โšฝ๐Ÿ€๐Ÿ

These solo home workouts are ideal for squeezing in some exercise when you're in a hurry or building a good base level of fitness. Fancy getting active while meeting other Halls students?
