Get together with Crown residents for an end of year celebration! Round off the year with food and drinks in Crown's courtyard! Pick up a Crown Place 2025/26 t-shirt as a keepsake of your time living in Halls 🎉

When? Saturday 16th May, 4-6pm

Where? Crown Place courtyard and reception

🍔 From 4pm - settle in with a glass of prosecco, beef burger or vegan hot dog in the courtyard 

🧡 From 5pm - pick up a Crown Place t-shirt, red velvet cupcake or chocolate brownie in reception - we'll let you know when they're available on the day

📸Capture the moment! Jump in the photobooth in meeting room one (brought to you by Crown Place HSC) 

Once the t-shirts are gone, they're gone! Be sure to make the most of the food, drinks on offer and a chance to catch up with other residents before the end of term.

Don't forget to tag us in your photos on Instagram @livunihalls & enter our Leavers 2025/26 competition to win a £100 flat meal or 1 of 2 x £50 flat activities!

Good to know:

• Soft & alcoholic drink options available
• Vegan, vegetarian and GF options available
• All food, drinks and t-shirts are first come, first served
• Due to demand, t‑shirts cannot be collected on behalf of flatmates. However, if there are any leftovers, we'll leave them behind reception for collection and notify residents via @livunihalls
• In the event of bad weather, food and drinks will be served from Crown Place reception

• There will be a photographer taking photos at this event - click here to see how your images may be used
• If you would rather that your photo is not taken and used by the team, please speak to a member of staff on arrival
