Get together with Philharmonic residents for an end of year celebration!

Round off the year over food & drinks in the courtyard! Pick up a Philharmonic Court 2025/26 t-shirt as a keepsake of your time living in Halls 🎉

When? Tuesday 19th May, 6-8pm

Where? Philharmonic courtyard and reception

🍔 From 6pm - settle in with a glass of prosecco, beef burger or vegan hot dog 

🍹 Grab an Aperol Spritz, slush or fruit smoothie (provided by your HSC)

🧡 From 7pm - pick up a Philharmonic t-shirt, red velvet cupcake or chocolate brownie

📸Capture the moment and jump in the photobooth (provided by your HSC) 

Once the t-shirts are gone, they're gone! Be sure to make the most of the food, drinks on offer and a chance to catch up with other residents before the end of term.

Good to know:

• Soft & alcoholic drink options available
• Vegan, vegetarian and GF options available - please ask catering staff for allergens
• All food, drinks and t-shirts are first come, first served
• Due to demand, t‑shirts cannot be collected on behalf of flatmates. However, if there are any leftovers, we'll leave them behind reception for collection and notify residents via @livunihalls
• In the event of bad weather, food and drinks will be served from Crown Place reception 
• Follow @livunihalls for all event updates & information 
• There will be a photographer taking photos at this event - click here to see how your images may be used
• If you would rather that your photo is not taken and used by the team, please speak to a member of staff on arrival
