Through the Liverpool Guild of Students you can give your University experience that extra boost by getting involved with volunteering opportunities and societies.
Societies
At university pretty much every interest is covered by a society - from beekeeping to comic books to baking there is plenty to get involved in. A society is group of students with similar interests who come together to learn, organise and experience their passions in life! Find out more about the societies at Liverpool Guild here.
Volunteering
Many of the societies will also have charitable aims, for example Help the Homeless, Amnesty International and Climate Action Society. If you are looking to volunteer outside of the university the Guild provides an up to date list of opportunities available around the city and beyond here.
Join your Halls Student Committee
Joining your Hall's Student Committee is a great way to get involved with event planning, developing your skills, meeting new people and enhancing that sense of community in your Hall. Find out more about joining your HSC here.
