Hop on and get exploring the city by bike this semester...

As part of our Sustainable Halls programme we've teamed up with the Guild and our friends at Peloton to bring you free bike repairs, bike hire and city rides this semester.

FREE Bike Hire from Greenbank 🚲

A limited number of bikes will be on offer to hire for free exclusively for Greenbank students meaning you can get to and from campus in no time. 

Free bike hire will be available in the first workshop of the year on Sunday 14th September 2025, 8am-2pm.

As these bikes are limited in numbers, they will be available on a first come, first served basis. Once the limited number of free bikes have been hired, you can chat with the Peloton team to find out your other options for hiring a bike for the semester or year.

Bike Workshop & Repairs 🔧

If your bike is need of some TLC or needs a quick repair to get you back on the road, pop down to the next Bike Workshop at Greenbank's Bikiosk.

The Peloton team will be on hand to not only offer repairs but to give advice and support on Peloton services to get out and about by bike this semester. If you do need a repair, the team will advise you on what parts you’ll need to purchase. The Peloton team will repair them for you for free.  

So whether you're new to the idea of getting around by bike or whether you're a keen cyclist, everyone is welcome!
