A Tex-Mex restaurant may not be your first port of call for pancakes, but Tavern Co manage to whip up some of the best in Liverpool! With queues out the door and unlimited tea and coffee with breakfast, it is no wonder Tavern Co is one of the most popular breakfast spots in Liverpool. Just a 15 minute walk away on Smithdown Road, Tavern Co is the perfect option for our Greenbank students.

If fluffy American buttermilk pancakes are your thing, head to one of 3 Moose Coffee locations in Liverpool. Moose have been serving up authentic North American breakfast and brunch since 2006 and continue to be a must-visit on the Liverpool bucket list. A word of warning, Moose is not for those with a small appetite!

Fluffy Fluffy

This café takes Pancakes to a whole new level with Tiramisu and Soufflé inspired pancakes. Best known for their huge stacks, Fluffy Fluffy is ideal for anyone with a sweet tooth (PLUS they have 10% discount for students). Located on Berry Street in Liverpool city centre, it's just minutes away from campus so you can get your fluffy pancake mix in no time.

Pippins Corner

This local, independent café sits on Lark Lane which serves all-day breakfast including delicious pancakes! It's also a dog-friendly location meaning you can enjoy your pancakes while doing a bit of dog spotting. Why not take a stroll around Sefton Park afterwards? Pippins Corner is just minutes away from Sefton Park and Greenbank Student Village.

Run don't walk to Hardware Cafe on Renshaw Street (10 minutes from campus)! With savoury and sweet options, there's fluffy American pancakes to suit all styles!
