Are you considering next year's accommodation options? Come and meet other students who are thinking about next year's housing too!

Where? Vine Court Mezz (social space in Vine Court)
Grab some pizza, drink and chat with other students who are starting the search for next year's housing and are looking to meet others to live with.
The search for the next year's housing might feel daunting but rest assured that other students are feeling the same. The first semester of living in Halls is all about settling in and considering who you might want to live with next year. Take your time, avoid a rushed decision or feeling pressured to enter a housing contract.
Make your way to Vine Court and head to the double doors under the Bertie & Bella's sign (closest to Subway restaurant) and head up the stairs.
An accessible entrance is available via the lift in Vine Court's A block, just around the corner (press M to get to Vine Mezz). Please note that A block is key card access only for students living in Vine Court. Scroll to the bottom of the event page for a map!
Our events are open to all residents in University Halls so if you live in Crown, Greenbank, Melville, Tudor, Philharmonic or Dover Court and require an accessible entrance, please make your way to Vine Court reception and ask a member of the team for access.
If you live in private Halls and require an accessible entrance, please reach out to us hallslife@liverpool.ac.uk prior to the event.
Don't forget, Liverpool Student Homes will release properties available for 2026/27 on their website from 1st December onwards. There'll be plenty of accredited options available throughout the year meaning that you don't need to rush to rent. Read more about not rushing to rent here.
This event is open to student living in University Halls, private Halls and commuter students.
Can't make it?
If you can't make it to this mixer, don't worry as we'll host another Housemate Mixer early next year. Liverpool Student Homes (LSH) also advertise regular Find a Housemate meet-ups on their website.
While some of you are looking into your options for next year, others might not be quite ready and that's totally ok. We only recommend singing a contract if you're feeling ready and comfortable to do so. Liverpool is home to lots of student accommodation so you don't need to worry about finding your new home, even if it is after the winter break.
