Weekly Wellbeing Gestures

To support the theme of wellbeing this month (March), we'll be offering a little pick-me-up every Thursday in your Hall! 

Each gesture is aimed to help you take some time out of your busy day, catch up with a friend or enjoy a treat after a day at uni. Please remember that items are first come, first served. 

Thursday 9th March 

Start your day right and warm yourself up with a tea, coffee or hot chocolate as you head out for a busy day at uni. Hot drinks will be available for you to help yourself to from 10am in your Hall reception! Melville & Tudor students can collect a hot drink from Vine reception.

Thursday 16th March 

This week, we want to encourage you to either take 5 to enjoy a chat with a friend or to take time out of your busy to enjoy a cup of tea & biscuit. You can grab a tea bag & biscuit package from your Hall reception from 10am in your Hall reception. Melville & Tudor students can collect a package from Vine reception.

Thursday 23rd March

As the end of term and Spring Break is just around the corner, we want you to treat yourself to a sweet treat! Pick up a 'Pud in a Mug' from your Hall reception from 10am in your Hall reception. Melville & Tudor students can collect a sachet from Vine reception.

Thursday 30th March

Spring Break is here! Help yourself to some chocolates on your Hall reception desk from 10am! Don't forget to take some for a friend!
